Billing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and does not require a payment method.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Existing mailboxes and links keep working. You will not be able to add more until you remove some or upgrade. API requests over the daily quota return HTTP 429 until the next UTC day.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. When paid plans launch, you can cancel from the billing page and keep Pro features until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer team plans?
Business plans with team members, higher limits and custom retention are available on request.
